Randa Daniel(President and Chief Software Architect)
Randa is a graduate of George Mason University with a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and a Masters degree in Software and Systems Engineering. She has more than 15 years of experience in IT leadership and full life cycle software development with strong object oriented development, database design and management, systems integration, Web application development, Financial Systems, and DoD specific software implementations. Randa has directed several large software engineering, software development, web application implementations, and business process reengineering efforts for various large and small government and commercial organizations. Randa’s previous experience includes working for IT firms such as American Management Systems (AMS), TRW/Northrop Grumman, Oracle, BTG/Titan, and CSCI.

Peter Daniel (CEO and Chief Enterprise Integration Architect)
Peter has over 15 years of strong business entrepreneurial and technical management experience in COTS integration and Software Development. He is a graduate of George Mason University with a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and a Masters degree in Software and Systems Engineering. Peter has extensive experience in managing software development and enterprise level systems integration, COTS integration and custom client server and web based application development and deployment projects. Peter brings years of experience in working in a CMMI development environment. Prior to joining FIS, Peter worked for several large IT organizations, including DynCorp, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Northrop Grumman (Previously Integic).

Richard Stempniewicz (VP, Software Engineering & Development)
Richard is a seasoned executive with over twenty years of experience in Information Technology with broad knowledge and expertise in a variety of technical disciplines, Richard combines a background software development, technology staffing and management, and business development to the life sciences, energy utilities, and software & management consulting industries. Richard advises startups, emerging enterprises, and public multinational companies on the optimal use of existing assets and the selection, implementation, and integration of new solutions tailored to the goals and resources of the business. Prior to joining FIS, Richard served as Senior VP of IT for Eurofins Medinet Scientific, a global life sciences corporation based in EU. Richard has also held a number of senior positions in the life sciences, and energy industries including Chief Technology Officer for Anceta, LLC, healthcare informatics company and Chief Technology Officer for PowerTrust.com, online sales and marketing organization serving the unregulated energy industry. Richard has BS degree from George Washington University.
